๐ Redeeming Your Code
Each voucher code is valid once and permanently linked to:
your xProtect account, and
your vehicleโs VIN.
Once redeemed:
The product is stored in your account.
You can log in from any device (Android, iOS, macOS, or Windows 11).
All your licenses and installation history are restored automatically.
Always ensure you are logged into your own account and connected to the correct car before redeeming.
Once assigned, a license cannot be undone or transferred.
๐ซ Transfer Policy
All xAutomotive products, including xProtect, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
In special cases, we may approve a one-time transfer to another of your own vehicles.
