Becoming an xPRO Dealer

Application requirements:

• Company registration

• ID of the responsible person

• Website or business social media

• Workshop pictures

• EU dealers: VAT ID

Dealer accounts are only listed on the dealer map after purchasing the first Dealer Credit Pack.

Typical Dealer Workflow

1. Purchase Dealer Credits in the xAutomotive webshop
   (Ensure to have enough Credits before the customer arrives.)

2. The customer brings the vehicle to your workshop

3. Connect to the vehicle with the xHP app

4. Unlock the vehicle using Dealer Credits

5. Flash the selected xHP map, send the customer on a test drive, and adjust behaviour via Flash settings if necessary.

If the customer later wants full app access, they can purchase an Upgrade License.

Dealer Policies

Workshop flashing only

Remote flashing is not allowed.

Device limit

Maximum 5 devices per dealer account.

Account sharing

Strictly forbidden.

Webshop sales

Dealers may not sell xAutomotive products in their own webshop unless we have personally allowed it.

Account locks

Dealer accounts may be locked if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Dealer policies are violated

• The dealer account never purchases credits

Dealer accounts must be ready to unlock customer vehicles at any time.

Accounts used for remote flashing or account sharing will be permanently closed.

Content Guidelines

(brand usage rules)

• Do not use xHP as the company name

• Do not register domains containing xHP

• Do not use xHP as a social media profile name

• Reposts must clearly be recognisable

Dealer Credits

Credit Packs must be purchased after your account has been accepted and before the workshop is displayed on our Dealer Map.

Credits are used to unlock vehicles.

Important rules:

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable

• Automatically added when buying with your dealer email

Required Equipment

To flash vehicles, you need:

• xHP Flashtool App

• Compatible OBD adapter (for example, xA Ultra)

• Supported smartphone, tablet, or computer; see more information here.

Unlocking Customer Vehicles

Steps:

1. Log in as xPRO dealer

2. Connect to the vehicle

3. Unlock vehicle

4. Flash maps

Dealer Unlock

• Vehicle remains tied to the dealer account

• Customers cannot flash maps themselves

End-User License

• The customer owns the license

• The customer can use the xHP app independently

24h Trial Period

( dealers only)

Within 24 hours:

1. Uninstall tune

2. Select “Cancel Vehicle Unlock”

Credits are returned automatically.

Pricing Guidelines

Dealer margin = the difference between the End-user price and the Dealer credit cost.

We strongly recommend not undercutting official retail prices from the end-user website prices.

How do I become a dealer?

Send company documents and workshop proof to support. After approval, register and purchase your first Credit Pack.

When do I appear on the dealer map?

After purchasing your first Dealer Credit Pack.

Are there running costs?

No. Only pay per unlocked vehicle.

Can I flash remotely?

No. Workshop flashing only.

Can I share my account?

No. Immediate termination.

Can customers transfer a Dealer Unlock?

Only by purchasing an Upgrade License.

Are credits refundable?

No. Only within the 24h trial (Gold/Silver/Bronze).

Why was my account locked?

Possible reasons:

• Fraud detection

• Policy violation

• No credit purchases
